O’Melveny is seeking associates with three to five years of experience (law school class years 2017-2019), or counsel with six years of experience (law school class of 2016) for our Century City, Los Angeles, Newport Beach, San Francisco or Silicon Valley offices. Ideal candidates will have a range of experience typical for our Capital Markets practice, including securities offerings and assisting public companies with reporting obligations.
