Key Requirements:
Unless a candidate can demonstrate suitability through relevant experience of not less than three (3) years in an Employment Laws/ Trade Union environment/Bargaining Council/ Labour Inspector or Human Resources role, a Matric and Diploma in Labour Relations (NQF 6)
One (1) to three (3) years relevant working experience in a case management service/ HR/ Legal/ Employment Laws environments/ Trade Union environment/Bargaining Council/Labour Inspector.
At least 2 African languages is an advantage (Oral/Read/Write).
