ECR Category Management

• A comprehensive understanding, including practical experience of the recommended ECR 8 step category management process and, where applicable how to adapt the process, customising it specifically for a client in view of available resources, tools and data.
• The strategic assessment of a client’s current category management initiatives benchmarking it against global and local leading practices – making recommendations for resource, process or solution improvements.
• A complete understanding of what to recommend and how to apply the different JDA category management software solutions for maximum ECR 8- step results.

Retail analytical & insights capability

• Mining market, category, shopper and consumer data for transformational opportunities and gaps focusing on shopper needs.
• Synthesize common obstacles and opportunities across data platforms (market, category, shopper, consumer) proposing actionable and measurable recommendations.
