    Category Sales Development Executive - RTM

    A day in the life of...

    • Developing channel prioritisation and growth strategy for all Traditional Trade Channels.
    • Defining overall Route to Market (RTM) priority channels, across category strategies based on shopper and customer understanding and requirements in line with overall market strategies.
    • Accountable for the RTM ICP development. Consolidation of all the RTM ICPs by TT channel by category working with the Category and the Field Sales Teams.
    • Keeping the business updated on RTM insights (incl shopper and trade insights). Identifying, analysing and communicating latest developments, trends, initiatives and competitive actions within the TT channels, assessing implications/opportunities for Nestle categories and brands for new channels.
    • Recommending actionable in-store solutions for the Channel overall recognising Category/ sub Category specific requirements. Drives implementation and continuously review the effectiveness of our in-store actions. (Example: Perfect Store).
    • Development, implementation, measurement and tracking of trader loyalty programs.
    • Guiding the Trade investment levels in the RTM channels and the profitability of the channel with the objective to drive growth in the channel.
    • Identifying regional opportunities for the business. Working closely with the RTM team, category team and field sales team to develop regional specific activities.

    What will make you successful

    • Commercial Degree Sales and Marketing / relevant Commercial Degree
    • 3 years (Executive) - 5 years (Mgr) years’ experience in Trade Marketing or Sales.
    • Good record of success in a customer facing role, (not limited to Key Accounts).
    • Understands customers and the field sales selling process predominantly within the trade environment.
    • Channel/category (shopper marketing, trade marketing) experience.
    • Traditional trade experience – understand the models to service shoppers
