Purpose Statement
To prepare Business Bank for change and leads and guides Business Bank through the change as the implementer of change, proactively understanding and managing the impact of change on people.
To achieve staff adoption of new tools and processes as well as to drive a change in behaviour across Business Bank to align with the Capitec way of work and achieve consistency in client experience at scale.
Experience
Minimum:
8+ yrs extensive experience as a change manager, with proven track-record in implementing change programs in large organisations in virtual and onsite team contexts
Working and delivering in a high performance delivery environment
Proven experience of building relationships at all levels
Change management execution through operational line management
Ideal:
Experience in change management in an Agile environment
Experience gained in a banking of financial services environment
Qualifications (Minimum)
A relevant degree in Change Management
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
Knowledge
Minimum:
Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, techniques & tools.
Understanding of how people go through change (psychology of change)
Organisational behaviour theory
Business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges in implementing change
A range of change management models and approaches such as Prosci, Lewins, Mckinsey 7-s, Knoster
Stakeholder Management and engagement
How to influence leaders to ensure effective implementation of change management plans
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Agile methodology
Techniques to move teams toward a common vision or goal
Conflict management principles and practices
Able to build rapport with people easily
Story-telling abilities and techniques
Coaching for change (line management)
Articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Understanding of organizational issues and challenges
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
