Change Manager I Contract I Gigantiq

What we’re looking for:

Experienced Change Management Specialists / Consultants skilled in:
- Leading and managing change workstreams across ERP, digital, OD, culture, and strategy projects
- Developing and implementing fit-for-purpose change strategies and plans
- Conducting impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness evaluations
- Designing and delivering stakeholder engagement and communication plans
- Facilitating training, workshops, and capability-building sessions
- Partnering with leadership to embed change and drive adoption
- Monitoring progress, reporting milestones, and managing resistance
- Supporting broader organisational development initiatives
- 7+ years’ experience in Change Management or Organisational Development
- Proven success in complex or financial services environments
- Strong knowledge of frameworks like ADKAR (Prosci), Kotter, or Lean Change
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- ERP or digital transformation project experience
- Prosci, CCMP, or similar Change Management certification (preferred)
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
