• Leading and managing change workstreams across ERP, digital, OD, culture, and strategy projects
• Developing and implementing fit-for-purpose change strategies and plans
• Conducting impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness evaluations
• Designing and delivering stakeholder engagement and communication plans
• Facilitating training, workshops, and capability-building sessions
• Partnering with leadership to embed change and drive adoption
• Monitoring progress, reporting milestones, and managing resistance
• Supporting broader organisational development initiatives
• 7+ years’ experience in Change Management or Organisational Development
• Proven success in complex or financial services environments
• Strong knowledge of frameworks like ADKAR (Prosci), Kotter, or Lean Change
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• ERP or digital transformation project experience
• Prosci, CCMP, or similar Change Management certification (preferred)
• Relevant tertiary qualification (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)

What we’re looking for:

Experienced Systems Analysts skilled in:

• Analysing and designing solutions for complex systems, integrations, and enhancements across multiple teams and platforms
• Leading and facilitating functional/system design sessions to produce comprehensive specs
• Collaborating with developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure technical and business alignment
• Designing and maintaining integration messages (web services, XML schemas, APIs, flat files)
• Writing SQL queries and assisting with database structure analysis and design
• Modelling system designs using UML 2.5 (use case, activity, sequence, component, interface diagrams)
• Translating business needs into actionable system-level requirements
• Applying a strong technical background in integration design, API specs, SQL, and system modelling
• Participating in agile delivery (Scrum, SAFe, or similar) and supporting regular production releases
• Managing stakeholders effectively across business, tech, QA, and architecture teams

• Analysing, deconstructing, and mapping existing and new business processes
• Engaging stakeholders and leading information-gathering sessions to understand and streamline processes
• Gathering, interpreting, and documenting comprehensive process requirements
• Participating in solution design and providing insights from a Lean perspective
• Ensuring data integrity, quality, and governance across processes
• Translating requirements into Agile user stories and integrating into Agile delivery
• Defining success criteria, documenting test cases, and supporting testing and implementation
• Providing training and support during process transitions
• Leveraging 7+ years’ experience in process analysis or engineering, ideally within financial services
• Familiarity with multiple project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, RUP)
• Proficiency in tools such as Confluence and Jira
• Relevant tertiary qualification (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) and Lean Six Sigma certification
