Char / General Worker at Motus Aftermarket Parts

Job Description    

• Motus AfterMarket Parts is searching for a general worker/char who will join the team at Meadowview Head office .
• The purpose of the position is to ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the office environment, including bathrooms, kitchen, boardrooms, and public/common areas, contributing to a safe and pleasant workspace for all employees and visitors.

Specific Role Responsibilities    

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, basins, mirrors, and floors.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including wiping surfaces, cleaning appliances, and washing dishes.
• Tidy and clean boardrooms before and after meetings.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum office floors and public areas.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Replenish bathroom and kitchen supplies (e.g., toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
• Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the line Manager.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is used and stored safely.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company hygiene standards.

Qualifications and Experience    

• Matric
• Proven experience in a cleaning or general worker role (advantageous)
