What We Are Looking For

• Execute Projects within an Existing Project execution philosophy
• Execute and facilitation design and risk reviews
• Initiate new internal and research projects
• Ensure the designs comply with all relevant legal and explosives regulatory requirement
• Develop Block Flow Diagrams, Process Flow diagrams and process and instrumentation diagrams
• Process correctness is strived during the construction of the chemical Manufacturing Facility
• Ensure the effective interaction between the acquisition team to ensure the correct process equipment is procured and installed
• Ensure the product conform to the specifications
• Ensure progress is on schedule
• Ensure concept designs are developed into saleable products
• Oversee Commissioning to ensure that the constructed Chemical Facility performs to the designed specification
• Compile technical documentation and costing in support of new business development
• Interact with clients in support of business development

What Qualifications You Should Have

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering: Chemical
• At least 3 years’ experience in the designing, construction and commissioning of Chemical Production Facilities
• Experience in the field of Energetic Material Manufacturing will be advantageous
• Knowledge and understanding of explosives Legislation and explosive regulations
