Grade 12 certificate or equivalent; Three (3) years’ experience in Administration;
Understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service; knowledge of Public Finance Management Act, Treasury Regulations; Departmental Financial Instructions (DFI), Public Service Act and other relevant legislation.
