DUTIES :
Facilitate support and oversight to enhance Municipal financial viability; Ensure monitoring and evaluation of the performance of municipalities; Develop and implement capacity building programs to improve institutional, administrative and technical capabilities in municipalities. Ensure availability of systems and processes in municipalities to improve governance and service delivery. Coordinate collaboration and partnerships among various stakeholders to support municipalities. Manage resources (human and physical).
