An appropriate NQF level 7 qualification as recognized by the South African Qualifications Authority in Commerce / Economics / Public Policy / Digital Transformation or relevant field.
A minimum of five (5) years’ experience at a senior managerial level in the Information Communication Technology (ICT) Sector / postal services, financial inclusion / digital commerce / state owned entity / policy development or related field.
