• Resolution Circle is seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) that, in partnership with the Board, can lead the company to the “next level” of financial success. The ultimate goal is to proactively shape the future of Resolution Circle as a world class training entity, whist driving financial and operational sustainability and results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the strategic direction, culture, and growth of the company.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams: Finance, ICT, HR, Sales, Curriculum & Consulting.
• Ensure financial and operational sustainability and profitability.
• Build lasting stakeholder relationships (UJ, investors, clients, board).
• Be a visible champion of our brand, values, and training excellence.

Minimum requirements

• A postgraduate qualification (preferably in Engineering or Business).
• 10 years in leadership, with 5 at executive level in the education/training sector.
• Proven P&L responsibility for operations exceeding R100 million.
• Strong business and academic acumen.
• Experience with strategic planning, governance, compliance, and team development.
