Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial and accounting functions, including P&L management, cash flow forecasting, and consolidated reporting.
• Ensure compliance across multi-entity structures while optimising financial systems and internal controls.
• Lead and develop the finance team, embedding efficient, scalable processes and high-performance culture.
• Partner with the CEO on business planning, resource allocation, and commercial strategy to drive sustainable growth.
• Optimise margins by analysing channel mix, pricing strategies, and cost controls.
• Collaborate with marketing to evaluate return on investment and guide data-driven growth decisions.
• Provide financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic planning, market expansion, and capital raising efforts.
• Act as a strategic partner in investor communications and fundraising activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• CA (SA) or CGMA
• 5+ years post-articles experience, ideally in FMCG, retail, or high-growth consumer brands.
• Strong background in group accounting, financial modelling, and cash flow management.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams and scale systems in a fast-growth environment.
• Commercially savvy with a strong track record in margin optimisation and operational efficiency.
• Data-driven, highly organised, and comfortable working in lean, high-performing teams.
