Chief Of Staff at Entersekt

• You will have strong financial acumen and proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration. The chief of staff will be expected to apply critical thinking skills and business knowledge to support the long-term goals of the company.
• You will develop the metrics tied to the overall group strategy, and lead the ongoing monitoring and control systems designed to report on accurate financial results to enable fast growth.
• This is a senior management role that reports to the CEO.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Understand current business complexities, and take advantage of technology tools and trends
• Develop industry- and company-specific SaaS metrics to help the company increase customer value
• Link the business planning cycle to develop forecasting capabilities
• Participate in developing new business, and assist the CEO and CCO in drafting prospective budgets, identifying new funding opportunities, and determining the cost effectiveness of prospective products and services (this will include working with other key business stakeholders to ensure financial and operational success through cost-benefit analysis and compliance with contractual requirements)
• Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through to successful execution under the guidance of the CEO
• Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation  

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Successful candidates for the Chief of Staff role will generally possess the following qualifications: 

• BSc in Accounting or Finance, or MBA or CA
• 7+ years’ experience in a high-ranking financial or operational leadership role
• A proven track record in defining and tracking performance through a metric-driven approach
• Excellent knowledge and genuine interest in B2B2C business models
• A successful tenure at a growth company
• Experience in building financial models
• Experience in data analysis
• Experience in budget management
• Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
• Proven success in a project coordination role
• A nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
