About the Role

• At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Chief of Staff to serve as the strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team.
• This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving company strategy, operational execution, and cross-functional alignment.
• You won’t simply coordinate projects—you’ll help shape company priorities, ensure strategic initiatives move forward, improve operational efficiency, and provide executive-level support that enables leadership to scale effectively.
• You’ll work closely with the CEO, department leaders, and key stakeholders to translate strategy into execution while building systems that improve accountability, communication, and business performance.

What You’ll Own
Strategic Planning & Execution

• Partner with the CEO to define and execute company strategy.
• Translate executive priorities into actionable plans with clear ownership and timelines.
• Drive accountability across strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Identify execution risks and proactively develop solutions.
• Lead special projects and company-wide initiatives from planning through completion.

Executive Partnership

• Support the CEO with strategic planning, prioritization, and decision-making.
• Prepare executive briefings, reports, presentations, and leadership communications.
• Assist with board meetings, investor updates, and executive reporting.
• Represent leadership in meetings and cross-functional initiatives when appropriate.
• Handle confidential business matters with professionalism and discretion.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Align departments around company priorities and strategic objectives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.
• Lead leadership meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through.
• Remove operational bottlenecks and improve execution across the organization.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Operations & Business Performance

• Improve internal systems, workflows, and operating procedures.
• Support quarterly planning, annual planning, and business reviews.
• Develop executive dashboards and performance reports.
• Track KPIs, business metrics, and organizational performance.
• Recommend operational improvements that increase efficiency, accountability, and scalability.

Communication & Organizational Alignment

• Draft executive communications and company-wide updates.
• Ensure consistent messaging across leadership and departments.
• Support communications related to strategic initiatives, partnerships, and growth.
