Civil Engineering Technician
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Bachelors , Higher National Certificate , National Certificate (NCV)
- Experience 3 years
- Location Northern Cape
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
Key Requirements
- Minimum National Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum three (3) years of verifiable experience in the supervision of civil engineering infrastructure, and on-site quality control
- Candidates with quality control experience in concrete structures, water pipelines and roads will have a preference
- Good communication skills and must be able to communicate verbally and in writing
- Candidates from Previous Disadvantage Groups will have a preference
- Willing to relocate to Northern Cape
Key Responsibilities
- Form part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team
- Daily Site Supervision and Quality Control of civil engineering infrastructure
- Daily reporting to the Project Manager
- Updating of project As-Build Documentation
- Updating of Quality Control Documentation
- Daily Liaison with Construction Supervisors
