Job Description

• Dis-Chem Pharmacies (CJ Sales) requires a Sales Admin Manager.
• To provide administrative support to the sales development team, coordinate tasks and ensure collaboration with the relevant Dis-Chem teams.

Minimum Requirements…

Essential:

• Grade 12 / Matric or Senior Certificate
• Diploma in Business Management or Administration
• Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role in Administration

Advantageous:

• Degree in Business Management or Administration
• Minimum of 3 years’ administration in a project environment

Job Specification…

Sales Administration:

• Consolidate and prepare input into the Coastal Saver broadsheet for planning purposes.
• Ensure completion of the telesales promotions and ad hoc deal planning.
• Follow up on Brandwacht Marketing to ensure vendors accounts are finalised (claims, pay-outs and administration)Monitor and maintain the administrative data on Integrated Pharma.
• Maintain accurate updates and documentation for reporting and feedback to the department.
• Develop measures to optimize existing processes such as schedules to ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and guidelines to achieve operational targets
• Ensure smooth and structured flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
• Manage and maintain the calendar of the Head of Sales Manager.

Stakeholder Liaison:

• Build and maintain business relationships in-practice with employees and/or external vendors who have an impact upon the company’s business.
• Act as a point of contact for all stock related queries from third party customers.
• Ensure optimal communication with third party suppliers and/or vendors on all replenishment related issues.
• Troubleshoot problems, prepare reports and make recommendations to management to resolve customer complaint.

Team Management:

• Initiate progress tracking tool by setting annual objectives for the team.
• Facilitate the creation of accountable, full-service teams who understand and strive to meet the needs of all stakeholders through effective inspirational leadership.
• Take full responsibility for performance of all direct reports, motivating and managing them in relation to quality standards and agreed benchmarks and objectives, focusing on all aspects of sound people management.

• Prior medical product knowledge (Wholesaler/ Hospital and Supplier). Have extensive and operational knowledge to assist in resolving customer queries.
