Claims Consultant - Pipeline at RBS

What You'll Do:

• Minimise claims expenses and general costs effectively.
• Deliver accurate, professional, and timely communication to all stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, account executives, and insurers.
• Manage end-to-end claims administration, including receiving notifications, appointing assessors, and applying policy terms.
• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure seamless claims resolution.
• Actively contribute to improving processes, team performance, and client satisfaction.
• Detect and report potential fraud or misrepresentation.

Requirements

What You'll Need:

Qualifications:

• Matric (or equivalent)
• RE 5 certification
• FAIS-compliant qualification or credits
• Computer proficiency (CIMS knowledge is advantageous)

Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in claims (Personal Lines and Commercial)
