Clerk (Admin) at TWK Agri

Job Summary

• This role involves providing administrative support by managing documentation, capturing transactions, assisting with stock and weighbridge records, and maintaining accurate, organized data.
• It also includes communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth grain operations.

Responsibilities and Duties 

• Invoicing of Sales & Purchase Contracts
• Ensuring all contracts are sent to clients and follow up on outstanding signed contracts
• Capturing and updating of transport orders
• Capturing and processing of company and stock orders
• Filing and control of documents
• Month – end reconciliations
• Stock Balancing
• Assist in any admin duties related to Grain  

Qualifications and Skills 

• Matric / Grade 12
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Must be able to comply with deadlines
• Willingness to complete training or courses as required (e.g. ISO 22000 induction, Training required by Company)
