• Clover is currently recruiting for a Clerk: Administrative. The successful candidate will be responsible to close orders on ERMS, send hourly Satellite and interbranch reports. This exciting opportunity is based at the Clover Atlas  branch.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
• Business English: Fluent
• Shifts/Weekend/Public Holidays
• Working in extreme conditions
• Computer literacy (Basic)

Duties and Responsibilities    
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administration        
• Capture Truck and Driver documentation        
• Capture information on Satellite and interbranch reports        
• Check and control printed invoices        
• Follow up on queries         
• Assist with cash office when required       
• Closing of routes on ERMS
