Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks
- Ensure data/transactions are properly recorded and entered into the Clover accounting system
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks/requests
- Liaise with Costing Clerk and Buyer regarding the GRNI and PPV Reports
- Ensure return documentation eg. containers/pallet counts are captured
- Capture and ensure that transactions on LX systems take place
- Monitor and control stock (Inbound and Outbound)
- Monitor, administer and coordinate all stock movements (receive, transfer, dispatch and administer stock on hand on Raw, Packaging as well as Finished Goods)
- Adhere to stock functions in accordance within Clover processes and procedures

- Do cycle counts (daily, weekly & monthly) - capture detail as received from Co-Packers and team
- Monitor the quality of receiving stock eg. raw and packaging material according to relevant standards (eg. expiry date is systems)
