Clerk: Facilities Support Mailroom & Stock control - Menlyn

- Job Field Procurement / Store-keeping / Supply Chain
Description
- Perform Courier and Postal Services
- Prepare documentation for courier and track items
- Prepare packaging for courier
- Distribute internal and external mail timeously
- Ensure courier items are delivered correctly and timeously to branches.
Adhoc duties
- Assist with chauffeur duties
- Assist to set up of branding approved venues
- Stock control and booking out of application forms, paper, envelopes etc.
Requirements

FORMAL EDUCATION :
- Matric
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year - Courier services as an advantage .
