Key Responsibility Areas

• Undertakes the monitoring and testing of works.
• Ensures that the materials and construction of the works are in accordance with the design drawings, specifications and contract document.
• Undertakes the prescribed testing of the works to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Responsible for site records and measurements.
• Records daily, details of work progress, labour and equipment on site affecting the works.
• Prepares weekly reports on progress and incidents.
• Provides assistance in training and transfer of experience to emerging contractors.
• Assistance in training and transfer of experience to emerging contractors.
• Assist in the ongoing inspection and reporting on the condition of Council assets.

Essential Requirements

• Trade Tested Artisan in Plumbing or Mainlaying or Bricklaying or Carpentry.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license.
• 3 Years relevant experience.
• Computer Literacy.
