In this role you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that all metric tons received, consumed, exported and transferred are reconciled and verified internally against the supplier and transport information.
- Ensuring that all information is reconciled, rectified, posted and balanced between OMS, MES and SAP
- Ensuring timeous data capturing to the relevant systems
- Prepare reports in respect of raw materials handled as per required frequency (daily, weekly and monthly)
- Filing all relevant documentation
About you:
- Grade 12 or equivalent relevant qualification
- In-depth knowledge on SAP and MES
- Be computer literate including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- 3 years’ experience in a Services/Process Plant environment
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of HSEC systems
