Job Description    

• To administer the offloads process including handover from Production, printing of documentation invoicing and various other admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Handover from Offloads to Despatch
• Data Capture all Offloads administration.
• Offloads receipts to be processed and captured.
• Trays / returns to be processed and captured.
• Updating Staff registers
• Assisting with stock recon.
• Assist with customer complaints.
• Adhere and Comply to Food Safety & Health and Safety requirements.

Qualification Requirements    

• Grade 12 with numerical skills

Experience Requirements    

• At least 2-3 years’ bakery industry experience in a similar position in the FMCG environment

Other Requirements

• Pressurised environment
• Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as per roster
• Required to work on a rotational shift basis and overtime when required.
• Will be required to work until last truck is completed offloading
