    Client Account Delivery Lead

    Job Description

    The Client Account Delivery Lead is responsible for managing all aspects of the client account, which includes building and maintaining client relationships, oversight over project delivery teams, delivery of contract obligations and outcomes, management of account financials, sales and business opportunity pursuits, and strategic aspects. On the client account, the Client Account Delivery Lead is the single point of accountability and is the primary contact for the account team so that any issues and day to day complexities that arise in delivery are managed in an effective manner through a single channel.

Responsible for building authentic trust-based relationships across all client levels, pulling together the right team and leveraging their strengths, and serving as the link to the broader Accenture ecosystem.

    The Client Account Delivery Lead works closely with relevant Service Delivery Leads (SDL), Delivery Leads (DLs) / Project Managers (PMs), Service Group interlocks, Contract Management (CM), and Contract Financial Management (CFM) to balance the operational and commercial requirements and expectations of the client, the scope of our contracted work, and the commitments to the client and to Accenture.

    The Client Account Delivery Lead is expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple delivery teams, and collaborate on solutions to business area problems, and provide guidance to help teams complete their assigned work activities.

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of account management and programme lead experience with overall financial responsibility
    • Experience with managing large, global programmes, with large disperse teams (50+), maintaining accountability for delivery outcomes
    • Consulting experience advantageous
    • Procurement/Sourcing experience advantageous
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced consultative environment
    • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
    • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Bachelors Degree (Commerce, Economics, Supply Chain, Information Systems/Computer Science)
    • Post-Graduate Degree (Any) advantageous
