    Client Account Lead

    Job Description

    • THE WORK: Engage with us and explore the exciting world of Account Management! You will be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience, utilizing your influencing and advisory skills to provide solutions to complex problems that apply across multiple teams. Your ability to engage with various stakeholders will be crucial as you navigate the intricacies of client relationships. We are eager to see how your expertise can contribute to our success and help us achieve our goals together!
    • Lead complex, cross-functional engagements to drive client expansion.
    • Define and sell solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
    • Build and lead diverse teams to successfully deliver innovative solutions.
    • Address delivery challenges to meet service level agreements and enhance client satisfaction.
    • Cultivate relationships across various organizational levels, acting as a strategic business advisor.


    HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

    • Expert proficiency in Account Management.
    • Expert proficiency in Client Relationship Building.
    • A minimum of 12 years of experience in relevant related skills.

    Qualification
