About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic Client Liaison Graduate who’s eager to learn, build relationships and make an impact. You’ll support client projects, help drive execution in stores and learn how great client service comes to life in the FMCG and retail world.
What You’ll Do
Support day-to-day client communication and coordination
Assist with promotions, activations, and project rollouts
Help track performance and prepare reports
Work with Operations, Marketing, and Supply teams
Flag risks, identify gaps, and help close feedback loops

Requirements
NQF 6/7 qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
0–3 years’ experience (internships included)
Retail experience advantageous
Strong communication and admin skills
Ability to analyse, organise, research, and solve problems
Ability to work under pressure and follow processes
