Grade 12 Certificate plus a B-tech / B Degree in Human Resource Management/Development/Public Management/Administration (NQF Level 7 as recognized by SAQA), plus 3 years’ work experience as an Assistant level. Facilitate mentorship programmes. Implement / Facilitate the induction on the BB2 Manage induction programs, i.e., BB2E, Orientation, re-orientation Compulsory Induction programmes). Manage learnerships, internships, and apprenticeship programmes.
Coordinate training and development of employees. Implement a performance management system. Coordination and development of the district workplace skills programmes.
