    Client Relationship Manager - Retirement Fund Administration

    SUMMARY STATEMENT

    • The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for build relationships with the client and for being the liaison between the client and business. To support the operations and senior portfolio managers to meet client expectations and meeting SLA’s.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Success in this role will see the following achieved:

    Key Performance Objectives

    Objectives:

    • Build relationships with clients allocated
    • Attend admin meetings
    • Attend trustee meetings
    • Schedule regular meetings with clients to address client needs and improve client satisfaction
    • Assist the business to ensure SLA’s are met, escalations resolved and client experience enhanced
    • Build relationships within the business
    • Communicate effectively with business to resolve any queries / reports, etc raised in meetings
    • Assist the business to resolve any queries / concerns raised in the meetings if there is a need
    • Treat business with respect and support them in all client meetings

    YOUR EXPERIENCE

    The successful candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate:

    Qualifications

    • Matric/ Grade 12
    • Relevant tertiary qualification or working towards one

    Experience

    • At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in financial industry
    • Advance Excel experience
    • Ability to work with all Microsoft applications
    • Experience in attending client meetings
    • Experience in analysing and presenting reports in client / trustee meetings
