Client Service Consultant (Forex) at FNB South Africa

• To provide the customers with excellent service by ensuring that they are served promptly, understanding their needs, processing their requests in the Forex Service Team.

The Ideal candidate must have the following exposure

• Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
• Maintenance of expert knowledge on specific products, application procedure, processing, and timelines in order to drive and achieve relevant product and service targets.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Take the extra mile to engage clients and maintain client relationships.
• Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
• Manage own development to increase own competencies.

Minimum Qualification

• Grade 12 with relevant Banking Certificate/Diploma

Preferred Qualification & Experience:

• Relevant Diploma (NQF level 6,7 or 8)
• 1+ years of Foreign Exchange Experience
• Exposure to Cross Border Payments
• Understanding Forex Inwards and Outwards Payments 
• Must be based in Cape Town
