Minimum Requirements

• Matric.
• Ability to comprehend technical information.
• Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Ability to work any of the fixed shift periods in line with business requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
• Take ownership and responsibility of customer queries ensuring timely and accurate resolution. 
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance and support.
• Meet quality standards in order to contribute to the overall customer satisfaction.
• High motivation with ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated. 
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise. 
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Contribute to success of team to achieve targets and Service Level Agreements.
• Understand and adhere to company policy and procedure.
