As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the security, maintenance and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organisation and its employees.     

Minimum Requirements

•   Senior Certificate or tertiary qualification.

•   Perform Operations management function - Manage the team to execute FM service according to the SLA.

•   Management of Contractor and Service providers - Manage contractors and suppliers to deliver supplementary services.
•   Financial and budget control - Manage clients FM budget by controlling costs against budget.
•   Provide Health, Safety and Risk Management - Ensure clients risks are managed proactively.
•   Execute Focused Improvement initiatives - Manage the team to add value through Focused Improvement initiatives.
•   Perform Business Management - Managed internal processes and staff according to Pragma standards.

Minimum Requirements

• 3 to 10 years practical experience in manufacturing/ consulting/ mining industries
• Extensive knowledge of asset management and reliability engineering
• Advanced MS Excel application and knowledge
• Exposure and understanding of two Project Management methodology (whether applied or completed in a formal course)
• Advantageous: CMRP, SCPP

Our company is seeking a Project Coordinator who will be part of a core team working closely together to define, develop, implement and deliver Asset Health Management services, making use of technology like IoT. The main responsibilities of this position are to coordinate installations of IoT monitoring devices on equipment like back-up generators and refrigeration systems, to support and assist installers with fault finding and to installations when necessary. Minimum Requirements

• Relevant electrical and electronic experience 
• 5 Years hand-on technical experience in a related role is preferable
• Keen interest in monitoring hardware, data, software and the way it all comes together
• Good and professional communication skills
• Ability to support and train installation resources
• Ability to effectively do technical fault finding 
• Have own reliable transport and is willing to travel

The Technical Writer is part of the Software Development team and responsible for producing high quality product technical documents. These include printable, online and video documentation that involves writing new documentation and online help for products being developed as well as maintaining current software documentation. Part of the responsibly is to determine and reasonably implement techniques of making documentation as accessible and interactive as possible.

Minimum Requirements

• IT related or Engineering degreetor diploma is preferable
• 3 years professional experience in a related role, e.g. Business Analysis, Engineering, Technical Writing, Editing and Information Design
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Competent with technical writing tools such as MS Word, Madcap Flare, Robohelp, etc.
• Ability to develop and edit content according to written standards, and follow established procedures
• Ability to structure information into creative, modern and stimulating user-friendly formats
• Outstanding skills in writing about complex technical subjects to a variety of audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
