Demand Planner at Ferrero

About the Role:

• Manage Demand Planning process and planning tools

Main Responsibilities:
Sales and Operations Plans & Processes (S&OP)

 Sales and Operations analysis

•  Develop, collate and compile integrated S&OP plans for the business and ensure alignment of the plans to business strategy
•  Reconcile sales and Operation plans to the business and financial plans
•  Implement agreed S&OP processes, coordinate, facilitate and prepare for the relevant monthly/weekly S&OP meetings

Demand Planning

•  Manage the demand planning process and the demand planning tools liaising between Production Plants and business unit (BU) to support the relevant demand planning activities
•  Coordinate and facilitate the relevant demand planning activities and ensure that demand planning aligns with the S&OP process
•  Coordinate and facilitate the demand review meetings (consensus meetings) with clear documentation of decisions & outcomes

Primary Freight Management

•  Oversee, control and manage inbound shipment 
•  KPI measurement on inbound primary freights
•  Implementing Group Policies with regards to Inbound transportation
•  Budget adherence

Stock Level Management

•  Ensures the optimal management of stock level, reaching stock target level for each product and meeting the agreed service level.
•  Prevents stock shortage
•  Manages, coordinates and monitors the stock management for each SKU, in order to maximize freshness and coverage level, minimizing the stock shortage and overstock risks

Master Data Management

•  Monitors and verifies the production of documentation related to product coding (RDP process), following up with involved departments
•  Flagging any master data related issues that could cause delay in supply
•  Manage the flow of master data between the business unit, sourcing sites and 3rd party logistics providers

SAP Management

•  Regular update of Supply and Production Plans in APO
•  Maintain and oversee 3PL system/SAP Interface
•  Other SAP processes as necessary by role and business operation

Who we are looking for:

• Bcom Honours or Masters degree
• 1-3 Years in demand planning
• Very Strong IT skills (MS Office advanced excel skills, SAP APO,SQL
