As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the security, maintenance and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organisation and its employees.     

Minimum Requirements

•   Senior Certificate or tertiary qualification.
•   Have experience in managing a team of people. 
•   Knowledge of basic accounting and financial principals and good analytical skills.
•   Be reliable and responsible.
•   Be able to negotiate with contractors for better rates.
•   Good verbal and written communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

•   Perform Operations management function - Manage the team to execute FM service according to the SLA.
•   Execute System and Quality management - Ensure all services are delivered to agreed quality standards.
•   Management of Contractor and Service providers - Manage contractors and suppliers to deliver supplementary services.
•   Financial and budget control - Manage clients FM budget by controlling costs against budget.
•   Provide Health, Safety and Risk Management - Ensure clients risks are managed proactively.
•   Execute Focused Improvement initiatives - Manage the team to add value through Focused Improvement initiatives.
•   Perform Business Management - Managed internal processes and staff according to Pragma standards.
