Client Service Support Consultant- Centurion at Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited

Role Purpose    

• We are seeking an analytical and proactive investment professional to support investment reporting, data analysis, process improvement, automation, client service, and broker engagement.
• Initially, the role will focus on producing accurate investment reports for selected clients. However, a key objective is to improve and automate reporting processes using LEAN and continuous improvement principles, reducing manual effort, increasing accuracy, and creating a scalable reporting capability.
• As efficiencies are achieved, the role will expand into broker engagement, investment support, and service enhancement, providing an opportunity to grow from a technical reporting role into a broader client-facing investment position.

Requirements    

• Relevant degree in Investments, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience within investments, asset management, retirement funds, employee benefits, investment consulting, or a related financial-services environment.
• Experience in investment reporting and/or analytics.
• Strong excel and data-analysis skills.
• Interest in automation, data visualisation, and process improvement.
• Experience engaging with clients, advisers, or brokers is advantageous.
• Exposure to LEAN, reporting automation, process optimisation, or data analytics is beneficial.

Duties & Responsibilities    

Investment Reporting and Analysis

• Produce accurate and timely investment reports.
