As the Client Success Risk Operations Intern you will provide vital support to the Ozow customer facing teams. You will assist with the management of risk associated to Know Your Customer (KYC) and other risk processes (including investigations). You will ensure that the team has access to up-to-date information, and analytics related to the defined risk operation functions and processes.
You will provide administrative support to the Client Success Risk Operations team. You will support the team in coordinating cross-functional and internal projects. You will create and maintain Client Success operational risk processes and procedures. You will make recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiencies through development and adoption of best practices and standardised procedures as well as "outside of the box" thinking.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Business, Legal, Finance, or Economics.
Advanced Excel skills.
Advanced PowerPoint (or other presentation software) skills with experience in putting together presentations.
Excellent communication skills– written and verbal.
Excellent analysis and research skills.
Any experience within the payments industry, or at a Fintech would be advantageous.
Ability to work well under pressure and ensure delivery against deadlines.
A desire to roll your sleeves up and get involved with anything and everything.
