• Grade 12 .
• Experience on maintenance of equipment
• Minimum 5 years experience in a large automotive manufacturing environment
• Technical background and previous setting experience
• Ideally Laser and CNC qualification
• Must have previous experience with CNC/Laser setting lodes
• Must have knowledge of CNC/Laser software packages

Your Opportunity

• Perform corrective setting, preventative and predictive maintenance work according to company and industry standards. 
• Develop and generate documentation.  
• Interpret customer technical drawings
• Ensure up time is at correct level. 
• Attend to breakdowns timeously and report all out of control conditions.  
• Always adhere to all Safety Requirements throughout facility.
• Prepare all elements related to Jig’s and Fixtures
• Conduct Coding and programming .
• Able to interpret Metrology reports .
• Able to do first and last off
