Co-Ordinator: Facilities - Centurion at Ampath

Purpose of Position:

• To ensure effective and efficient building maintenance, contract management and functional utility services to all buildings.

Requirements:

• Grade 12, Qualified Electrician, Technical Matric (N3), Trade Qualified Electrician, Valid South African drivers licence (Code EB)

Required Experience:

• Electrical experience, Experience in a facilities environment, Experience in a medical environment, Handyman working experience, Knowledge: Google and Google Mail, Knowledge: MS Excel, Knowledge: MS Word, Project Management experience, Senior and / or supervisory or managerial experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Building projects to ensure building requirements are met, Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath, Maintain the regional building and equipment to ensure optimal functioning, Manage supplier contracts to ensure effective service delivery, Manage the regional Facilities resources and personnel to ensure targets are met
