Our client develops, manages, and owns various office blocks and buildings, in and around Gauteng, and is expanding their portfolio. To continue on this path, they need to hire an aspiring asset manager who can take control of the day to day relationship with the landlords, tenants, and other shareholders.
Your main mission here will be to ensure the portfolio is performing, see to the operations, financial management and reporting, staff management, as well as action leasing decisions to support growth.
To be successful in this role you will need:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the management of commercial spaces.
Bcomm or Property Studies degree
Strong financial acumen
Solutions and results-driven
Have proven experience with commercial/office space developments
