Help maintain and manage content calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Assist in trafficking, writing, editing and publishing high-quality paid commercial content on brand sites.
Ensure all content is accurate, well-researched and adheres to editorial standards.
Collaborate with the Head of Events and Sponsorships, broader production teams and the Business Intelligence team to execute projects and ensure smooth content production and reporting.
Implement SEO best practices when producing content.
Assist the Production Manager and Project Coordinator with trafficking schedules for all diverse revenue commercial content.
Troubleshoot delivery issues and implement optimisations to improve campaign performance.
Ensure all material meets brand platform specs and brand guidelines.
Maintain clear channels of communication with internal teams, external sponsors and clients.
Provide regular status updates on campaign progress and deliverables where needed.
Assist the Head of Events and Sponsorships in managing expectations and resolving conflicts regarding timelines and requirements with sponsors and clients.
Occasionally liaise with sponsorship partners on event activation deliverables and manage expectations.
