Coordinate, prepare, attend meetings and attend to Ad hoc requirements
Adheres to governance procedures, including legal requirements on retention of documents.
Assists with the provision of relevant information for the publication of the company’s annual report.
Assist with the administration of maintaining statutory books including registers of members and directors to advise the shareholder accordingly on any changes.

Requirements
Degree in Law or Administration
3–5 years of experience in a Company Secretariat environment
Knowledge & Skills Required:
Proficiency in corporate governance and regulatory compliance
King Code IV and other applicable legislation
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent office administration and minute-taking skills
