Position Purpose:
Port Terminals employees in the terminal; and ensuring that all communication, both internal and external, is presented in context.
Position outputs:
Ensure internal Communicate of Transnet & TPT growth strategy though optimum utilization of platforms e.g. :
Implement a distinct brand in the terminal environment by ensuring compliance to CI guidelines and successful implementation of Transnet culture and values, living charter campaign and embedded process.
Develop and implement a communication plan that supports the terminal’s business initiatives:
Drive recognition and reward program in the terminal through successful implementation of Recognition and Reward.
Assist in building and manage the terminal reputation through positive publicity and Corporate Social Investment.
Assist in implementing external stakeholder engagement program.
Facilitate internal stakeholder engagement programs through maximum utilization of engagement platforms, e.g.:
Manage communications budget.
Provide efficient management organizational communication tools (eg. branding )
