In Community Management, project is fresh and requires a lot of work. Lots of room for creativity and self-driven candidates. Our Client has an established brand, with a growing consumer base made up of both reviewers and business users. In this role you will own the space and boost engagement and awareness of the Client’s image.

Responsibilities:

•  Management and maintenance of social media pages
•  Responding to and engaging with the customers on social channels
•  Collaboration on social strategies and content calendars
•  Feeding back into the product team with customer insights

Copywriting:

Our Client is looking to create their own style guide. You would be responsible for this project and ensure that all copy is on-brand and written with the intended audience in mind.

Responsibilities:

•  Write SEO-driven blog posts
•  Work with product to develop support and educational guides for both business users and reviewers
•  Work with marketing to ensure copy is aligned with our digital marketing strategy

Skills and experience:

•  3-5 years of experience in copywriting and community management
•  Knowledgeable in blog posts and sponsored articles, social media, landing page copy and SEO
•  Experience working in SaaS business, a bonus
