Lexdan Select is assisting a Financial Services company with their search for a Compliance Officer, based in Johannesburg.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining and improving the compliance framework (including policies, manuals, templates, and related processes) to identify, assess, monitor, and report major compliance risks.
Responsible for ensuring all cases of non-compliance are reported accurately and on time.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders by working together to identify and manage compliance risks.
Requirements:
Completed Bachelor's degree, or Compliance/Auditing qualification.
Minimum 3 years of compliance experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on fund administration.
