Lead end-to-end project management for compliance technology initiatives, including AML/KYC systems, client onboarding platforms, and monitoring tools.
Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk stakeholders to align project objectives with regulatory requirements and business needs.
Oversee system selection, ensuring solutions meet compliance, operational, and governance requirements.
Manage configuration, testing, and deployment of selected systems, ensuring smooth integration with existing frameworks.
Monitor project risks, budgets, and timelines, ensuring adherence to internal governance standards.
Coordinate with IT, vendors, and third-party providers for successful system implementation.
Provide status reports and updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
Required Experience & Skills:
Proven track record in delivering compliance technology projects, such as AML/KYC, client onboarding, and risk monitoring tools.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and governance frameworks within compliance, legal, and risk functions.
Experience working with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, risk assessments, and project timelines.
Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulatory-driven environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Risk Management, Law, or a related field.
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, particularly in compliance or regulatory-driven projects.
