Construction Dispute Resolution NQ Lawyer at Pinsent Masons

Brief

We are currently looking to recruit a talented construction and engineering disputes lawyer with 2-4 years' PQE to join our Construction Advisory and Disputes team in Johannesburg. 

Candidates must be technically excellent but, equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.  They will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach and excellent communication and organisational skills.

Candidate Summary

The successful candidate should have broad ranging Construction Dispute Resolution experience and will be:

• South African law qualified
• Technically excellent, but equally important commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development
• A team player with a strong client focussed approach
• An excellent communicator with strong organisational skills
• Experienced in arbitration and adjudication and litigation
• Familiar with constructions contracts such as FIDIC, NEC and JBCC
