Candidates must have an excellent legal background and be technically excellent but, equally important, be commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach, excellent communication and organisational skills, plus a good sense of fun. We look to our Senior Associates to lead on matters, both when it comes to resourcing and managing a team internally and from a client-facing perspective.
