Able to perform overall project management on site.
Experience:
7+ Years of Experience within the Civil /Roads Engineering Industry
Have completed 5 + or more Roads projects over the value of R 40 000 000.00
Roads & Routine Road Maintenance experience.
SACPCMP Reg as a Professional is a must
Qualifications
Project Coordination and Project Management skills
Construction Project Management and Construction Management skills
Budgeting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Competent with MS projects/ Excel/ Word and power point
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
Experience in the construction industry is required
National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Certifications in Project Management, SACPCMP Construction Management, or related fields are a BONUS
